Returns + Exchanges

Returns :

Revelle does not accept returns as all items are made-to-order.  We rely on you (the Customer) to select your sizing. Your garment will be created based on the size & measurements you have selected when purchasing. Please be careful when you are selecting your sizing! Once an order has been placed, we must be notified within 24 hours of the date the order was placed if you need to amend the sizing/measurements chosen. After 24 hours of the order being placed, we will begin to create your garments based on the updated sizing and the measurements cannot be changed. All sale, sample sale or discounted items are final sale. By purchasing an item you agree to these terms.

In the case a shipped item is being issued a refund due to an unforeseen circumstance, the refund will be issued for the cost of the garment & sales tax collected only. Shipping fees collected will not be refunded if the item was shipped. Our contact is: HELLO@REVELLECOLLECTION.COM

Cancellations :

Standard-Sizing Cancellations : If you need to cancel your standard-sizing order (XS-2X & OS), we require that you notify us within 24 hours from the time your order is placed, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be charged. If you need to cancel your order of a standard-sizing item between 24 hours from the time your order is placed until 5 days after the time your order is placed, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. We do not accept cancellations on standard-sizing orders after 5 days from the time the order is placed. All sale or discounted items are final sale.

Custom-Sizing Cancellations : If you need to cancel your custom-sizing order, we require that you notify us within 24 hours from the time your order is placed, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be charged. After 24 hours from the time your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations on any custom-sizing order.

Exchanges :

We are happy to exchange a standard-sizing item we have incorrectly fulfilled within 14 days of the date the order was received. Exchanges do not apply to custom orders. "Example: Size S Sweatshirt was ordered but a size M Sweatshirt was received." We will provide you with a return shipment label to return the incorrect garment to us & will begin correcting your order immediately. All sale or discounted items are final sale.
